FARMER BROWN'S SPECIAL 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 stalks diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 med. diced onion
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 3/4 c. water
1 sm. can (1 c.) stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. season salt

Prepare rice as usual. Set aside. In skillet, cook ground chuck until crumbly and browned. Drain on paper towel. Use skillet again to cook vegetables tender. Add meat and rice to vegetables. Mix. Add stewed tomatoes to meat - rice mixture. Season. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts and is hot throughout.
