HERBED DRUMSTICKS 
1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Minced garlic (optional)
8 chicken drumsticks
1/3 c. melted butter

Wash and dry chicken. Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in crumbs. Arrange skin side down on greased baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Do not turn chicken.
