SICILIAN STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
2 c. crushed tomato
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and dredge meat in mixture. Brown the meat with oil in large skillet.
