CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
12 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
6 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. heavy cream
2 pkgs. lady fingers

Melt chocolate bits. Place melted chocolate in large bowl to cool. Once chocolate is cool, beat egg yolks, one at a time, into melted chocolate. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat egg whites, gradually adding 2 tablespoons sugar and beat until whites peak. Beat 1/4 egg white mixture into chocolate. Fold in remaining whites. Fold in whipped cream.

Line bottom and sides of 8 inch spring pan with lady fingers. Fill pan with chocolate mousse. Chill at least 24 hours. Garnish top with cream and shaved chocolate.
