MARSALA TURKEY 
1 lb. turkey cutlets
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper and paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
Garlic salt
1/2 c. Marsala wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Season turkey. Mix flour and Parmesan cheese. Dip meat on each side. In skillet, put olive oil and butter. Sear meat on each side for 30 seconds. Mix wine and fresh lemon juice. Pour over meat and simmer 3-5 minutes.
