PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH CRUMB CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. butter (butter) 3 eggs 1 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla Combine dry ingredients, then cut in butter until a coarse meal consistency. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into dry mixture. Pour into 2 well buttered 9 inch cake pans. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
