BEEF AND GRAVY 
2 lbs. stew beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup

Coat stew beef with flour, and brown in oil in skillet. Dilute each can of soup with one can of water. Pour over browned stew beef, heat in microwave until hot. Then put in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
