CHICKEN ROLL - UPS 
4 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
1 container Philadelphia cream cheese with chives
8 strips of bacon

Clean and pat dry chicken cutlets; lay flat. Spread cream cheese with chives in a layer over chicken and roll. Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each chicken roll and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
