LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef or chuck
Garlic salt to taste
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up and put in
2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

CHEESE FILLING:

3 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

You will also need 12 ounces mozzarella cheese. Brown meat; drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine all ingredients in cheese filling. Cook 6 to 8 wide lasagna noodles. Drain in cold water and leave setting in cold water if need be while meat sauce is cooking. Use 9 1/2 x 13 pan. First, put layer of noodles in bottom of pan. Put down half of cheese filling over the noodles. Put half mozzarella cheese and half meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
