TACO CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa
5 tortillas
1/2 pt. sour cream
Black olives, canned, pitted
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in oil until it wilts. Add meat; cook until meat loses its red color. Add salt, chili powder and salsa; combine. Combine pan and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

In a shallow casserole, spread tortillas, mixture, sour cream, olives and cheese in layers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until all ingredients are hot and cheese is nicely melted. Yield: 4-5 servings.
