INDIAN FRY BREAD 
1 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar or 1/4 tsp. salt
About 1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients. Divide in four parts. Let rest 15 minutes. Pat to 1/4" thick. Fry in about 1" of fat.
