FIESTA SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 sm. raw onion, chopped
4 asparagus spears
1/4 lb. ham, chopped
1 lg. tomato, diced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 lb. bleu cheese
Vinegar (wine) according to taste
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Tabasco sauce or according to taste
4 fillet of anchovies

Mash all together well, then pour over salad and toss. Serves 4 large portions.
