HOME MADE NOODLES 
3 eggs
Enough flour to make stiff dough
A little salt

Mix ingredients together. It has to be a stiff dough. Roll on a well-floured board. Roll as thin as a pie crust or thinner. Flour the top of the dough. Roll dough like a jelly roll. Cut thin. Open up and lay out noodles. Cut noodles into 1/2 inch pieces. Let dry. Cook until tender. Takes longer than boughten noodles.
