THREE CHEESE CHICKEN 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. chicken or turkey

Cook noodles according to package. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, milk, and basil. Lay half the noodles in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with half each of soup mixture, cottage cheese, chicken, and Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Repeat, except for Cheddar and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add remaining cheese and serve.
