DAVE MORING'S CHILI 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can tomatoes

Brown meat, thicken with one heaping tablespoon of flour; add vegetables and 2 cups water. Cook slowly adding chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Flavor is improved if simmered for an hour or two, add a little water if necessary and stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Garlic may be added if desired. Serve with Fritos.
