GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. French cut green beans
2/3 c. grated cheddar
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Combine melted butter and flour. Add seasoning and sour cream. Fold in green beans. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese then crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
