1 yellow cake mix
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
1 egg

SECOND LAYER:

2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well all ingredients for 1st layer. Spread on the bottom of a 12x9 pan (very thick mix).

Mix well all ingredients for 2nd layer. Spread over 1st layer evenly.

Optional: Chop 1/2 - 1 cup pecans and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
