TAMALE DIP 
1 jar Derby hot tamales, remove papers and cut into chunks
1 sm. (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild or hot, depending on your
preference)

Cut the cheese in chunk size pieces along with the tamales; melt in microwave for approximately 5 minutes. Stir. Will be a fairly smooth consistency. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
