CRUNCHY CARROT CAKE | |
3 egg whites, whipped 1 c. grated carrots 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. unfiltered apple juice 1 c. oat bran 1 c. whole grain pastry flour 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Combine dry ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients together. Blend together; mix well. Pour into non-stick baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 15. |
