8 med. potatoes, cooked with jacket, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper

Toss together and put in baking dish. Top with 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
