ICE CREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 pkg. Jello gelatin (any flavor)
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. boiling hot water

Pour gelatin package in a medium size mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir mixture until dissolved. Add ice cream; mix until melted. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until mixture is firm. Top with Cool Whip topping - if so desired.
