4 c. prepared mayhaw juice
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
Use large jelly pot or boiler! Measure sugar and set aside. Stir together fruit juice and Sure-Jell. Bring to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly. At once stir in sugar. stir and bring to a full rolling boil (a boil that cannot be stirred down) and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam with large metal spoon. Immediately pour or ladle into hot jars and seal. Makes 6 to 7 cups or 1/2 pints.
