PEACH DELIGHT 
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 sticks butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 8 oz. cool whip
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/3 cup confectionary sugar

Mix together flour, butter, and nuts and put into a 9 x 13 dish.

Bake and let cool. Next mix cool whip, cream cheese and confectionary sugar and spread on cool crust.

Glaze:

1 cup sugar
4 tbsp. plain flour
4 tbsp peach jello
1 cup water

Cook until clear and thick. Put sliced peaches on top of cool whip mixture. Pour glaze over peaches.
