4 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 eggshell of water

Mix together; add enough flour until no more sticky. Roll out real thin and slice. Let dry on baking sheets. Make ahead of time and they freeze well. Also should double the recipe, depending on how many noodles you want.
