SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS 
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. vinegar
10 tbsp. water
10 tbsp. soy sauce
10 tbsp. flour
3 green peppers
3 onions
4-6 lbs. spareribs

Place spareribs in roasting dish. Top with onions and peppers sliced. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees until tender and sauce thickens. Stir during baking.
