FRENCH COFFEE CAKE 
7 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. almond flavor
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. dairy sour cream

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. On low speed of electric mixer, cream butter with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition. Add flavor. Sift flour with soda. Add alternately with sour cream to mixture. Always add flour last.

In 10 inch greased and floured tube pan, pour alternate layers of cake and cocoa mixture. (3 batter to 2 cocoa) Run knife through to marblize. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
