COMPANY CHEESE CAKE (9 INCH) 
CAKE:

3 well-beaten eggs
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream

CRUST:

1 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

CAKE: Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, salt and extracts. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream.

CRUST: Combine and mix all crust ingredients, reserving small portion for trim.

Place crust in pan. Pour in cake mixture. Trim with reserved crust. Bake at 370 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
