BREAD STUFFING 
1 loaf bread cubed
1/3 c. butter
1 large onion, diced
1 medium bunch of celery, diced
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. Sweet Sue chicken broth
1 egg

Melt butter, add celery, onion, 1 can broth and spices. Cook until celery and onions are tender.

In a large bowl pour vegetable mixture over the bread cubes. Stir well adding more broth until you get a mixture that is sticky. Add salt and pepper.

Mix in raw egg.

Put in oven baking dish and bake 350°F until done, about 30 to 45 minutes.

You can also use to stuff a turkey or chicken.
