LINDEN TREE SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY
COFFEE CAKE
 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. blueberries
Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl and cream together. Add eggs. Combine and sift dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients with sour cream. Gently fold in berries. Pour batter into greased tube pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
