PARTY PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
6 thin slices lemon (or use ReaLemon)
6 tsp. brown sugar

Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Combine catsup and water. Mix thoroughly. Pour over chops. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon brown sugar on each pork chop. Place 1 slice of lemon or sparingly pour ReaLemon over brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
