NO SALT BROCCOLI SOUP 
Cook 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli in 1 cup boiling water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add 2 cups milk. Blend 1/2 cups milk with 3 tablespoons flour. Stir in cooked broccoli and milk. Cook until bubbly. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon onion powder. Serve over crackers or toasted bread.

P. S. If not on a salt diet add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
