1 box yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, grated
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" tube pan. Set aside. In bowl combine mix, pudding, eggs, oil, sour cream and the water; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into the pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Test with toothpick. If it comes out wet bake additional 5 minutes. Test again.
