MEDITERRANEAN SALAD 
2 pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
1 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. raw cauliflower, broken up
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Leave salad in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled. Makes 6 servings.
