CHICKEN NEWBURG 
MIX I:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in sm. pieces)
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cloves

MIX II:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Let chicken pieces set in first mixture for 1 hour or more. Roll chicken pieces in second mixture. Deep fry in hot grease. Drain and serve with catsup if desired.
