COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cube butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Dash of salt

Cut butter in small pieces. Beat together with eggs and sugar. Then add Bisquick. Beat and add all other ingredients. Pour in 9 inch pie pan. Let set 5 minutes before baking. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
