CLUB SANDWICHES 
12 slices white or whole wheat toast
Mayonnaise
12 slices crisp bacon
2 tomatoes, sliced into 8 slices
8 lettuce leaves, washed
8 slices turkey lunch meat
4 slices American cheese

Spread each slice of toast on one side with mayonnaise. On each 4 slices, place 3 slices bacon, top with 2 tomato slices and one lettuce leaf. Top with another slice of toast, mayonnaise side up. Then layer two slices of turkey and one slice of cheese, and one lettuce leaf, top with another slice of toast, mayonnaise side down. Cut each sandwich twice diagonally, marking four quarters, and securing with toothpicks. Serve with pickles and chips. Makes 4 servings, or 8 snacks.
