CLUB DAY CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream of mushroom soup or leftover gravy
Grated cheese

Mix stuffing with melted butter and water. Toss lightly to blend. Place half of mixture in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Mix chicken or turkey, onions and celery, mayonnaise and seasoning. Spread over stuffing mixture. Top with remaining stuffing. Add beaten eggs to milk, pour evenly over mixture. Cover with foil, refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Spread mushroom soup over top. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
