1 lb. box pancake mix
2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
3 c. water or milk
36 wieners

Insert wooden skewers in wieners. Dip in batter and drop in deep fat. Cook until golden brown (about 5 minute). Remove from fat with tongs. Will be enough batter for 36 wieners.
