HEARTY WINTER SOUP 
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. carrot slices
1/2 c. celery slices
3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 c. ham, cubed
Dash of pepper

Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Approximately 4 (1 cup) servings.
