HEARTY WINTER SOUP 
1 c. water
1/2 c. carrot slices
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. cubed ham
Pepper to taste
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced

Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
