STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 c. water
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. strawberries
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 pie shells

Mix water, cornstarch and sugar. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add package of jello; stir. Remove from heat. Add strawberries (cut in half). Pour into baked pie shells. Chill before serving. Serve with whipped topping, optional.
