FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries

GLAZE:

3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 heaping slightly c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello
Red food coloring

Wash and drain strawberries. Place in bottom of baked pie shell.

Boil cornstarch, sugar and water until thickened. Add Jello and food coloring. Cool. Pour over strawberries in pie shell. Chill several hours before serving. Serve with heaping tablespoon Cool Whip.
