SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. frozen bread dough
2 onions
2 green peppers, optional
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, hot
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, mild
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Thaw bread and rise on greased jelly roll pan. Meanwhile, remove casings from sausage and crumble into pieces in large frying pan with cut up onions and peppers. Fry until sausage is done and vegetables are tender and drain. Roll dough to fit jelly roll pan. Spread melted butter then spread sausage and onion mixture evenly on dough. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and roll up like a jelly roll, seam on bottom. Brush with melted butter. Bake 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Brush with butter when done. Eat hot or cold.
