DIABETIC BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy. Add melted chocolate. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder and nuts. Place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
