EGG NOODLE LASAGNA 
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
6 scallions
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. cans Italian tomato paste
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Several tbsp. spaghetti sauce (jar) - optional

Brown beef with tomato paste; simmer. Cook noodles. Mix sour cream and cream cheese; chop scallions and mix. Layer casserole dish as follows: On bottom - noodles, sour cream, beef, cheese; repeat.

Prior to last cheese layer. may want to spoon several tablespoons of spaghetti sauce over top (makes it more moist). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
