2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. strong coffee
1 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together and beat on medium speed at least 15 minutes. The batter will be watery. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan or two 9 inch round pans or you can use a tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
