CHICKEN KABOBS 
3 med. chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned, cut into strips 1 1/4 inch wide.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. soy sauce (can be lite)
3 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. herbs crushed (oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, etc.), mixed
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Ribbon thread chicken strips onto skewers. Keep larger portion at ends. Stir sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours. Use this also to baste with. Grill over hot coals 3-4 minutes per side.
