PINEAPPLE NOODLE KUGEL 
1 stick butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
8 oz. broad noodles
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Parboil and drain noodles. Melt cream cheese and butter in a small pan. Add this to the noodles. Add pineapple, sugar and cinnamon and lightly beaten eggs. Place in casserole, sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
