CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
10 oz. cooked pasta
3 c. diced soyameat
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken flavor broth
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
2 c. half and half

Make white sauce from the last 6 ingredients. Mix with the cooked pasta and soyameat. Add mushrooms and pour into 9x13 greased casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
