ALMOND TEA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Glaze:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla and almond extract

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Sift the next 4 ingredients together, add milk a little at a time. Add next 4 ingredients and combine with creamed mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 40-55 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over breads after cooled and removed from pans.

Makes 4-5 medium loaves.
